Shipping
- —Free tracked shipping on all orders over $75.
- —Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate calculated at checkout.
- —Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days depending on destination.
- —Every parcel includes tracking, sent to your email the moment your order leaves our fulfilment partner.
Returns
- —We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition.
- —To begin a return, email support@houndroyalty.com with your order number and we will send instructions.
- —Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being received.
- —Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full — including shipping — with a photo of the issue.
